Modern day policing is under siege once again. The apocalyptic reality of the Covid pandemic, economic instability, a Police killing that stoked the flames of racial inequality, riots, protests, an uptick in violent crime by our own citizenry upon its fellow society along with an increasingly\u00a0lenient attitude towards\u00a0drug use, criminal behavior, no bail and releasing hardened criminals onto our streets has caused this country to reach\u00a0its\u00a0boiling point. There is a pressing need to remind our politicians and the public about the professionalism and compassion that still exists in policing. This book offers insights and\u00a0solutions to these issues from the experience\u00a0of a 30\u00a0year veteran of law enforcement. This\u00a0perspective is offered to support the\u00a0noble profession of policing and the\u00a0public who want to live\u00a0in this great country.<\/p>\n
